Intro · Normal · Nightmare · Act 1 · Act 2 · Act 3 · Act 4 · Act 5 · Hell

So let's start Nightmare at lvl 16. The plan is still to do every quest and kill most of the critters on the way. Let's see how far we can get. UltraLow might run into a nasty boss pack and suffer an instant death. Or he might hit a wall somewhere, being unable to kill things due to the low level and lacking of skills. Or ... I might lose my patience. Late Normal was already tedious, and it will become worse I'm shure.

Things worth to mention on the way to Andariel ? Hmm.

A wierd thing. Suddenly in Act 1 Nightmare I could only buy minor healing potions - greater healing potions were available in Act 5 Normal. Seems I have to collect all healing potions on the way.

I gave a breast plate with 3 flawless rubies to my merc (still a Cold Wizard). Oh forgot to mention his other gear: Berserkers Helm, Umbral Disk, and Blood Cresent, which results in 288 life and 25/0/0/0 resists at lvl 15 - a bit fragile, but resurrecting is still cheap.

The tactic is still the same - use a bow most of the time, and switch to sword/shield/Thorns against the bigger targets. And of course running away before getting swarmed.

UltraLow meet a MSLEB Fallen Shaman in the Barracks in the small chamber right beneath the Smith. I played a while with the idea to give it a try, managed to kill all his minions, but gave up because I couldn't lure him to an open area. Having no room to outrun the sparks is a bad thing.

  Lvl 18 Lost City
Andariel wasn't too hard with Thorns, lvl 3 Sacrifice (from Bloodrise), and 555 Life, despite of the crappy -15 poison resists. Just had to collect enough healing potions before.

Hmm ready for NM ?
